Dr. Jennifer Dais is a double-board certified interventional pain physician who is originally a native of Green Bay, WI before relocating to Glendale, Arizona with her family when she was a teen. She stayed in Arizona to complete her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors from The University of Arizona before going on to complete medical school at The University of Arizona College of Medicine. She then completed her internship at University Medical Center in Tucson, AZ before going on to complete her residency in Anesthesiology at Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX via The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in the famed Texas Medical Center. She then lastly went on to complete her fellowship in pain medicine at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston just outside of Houston, TX. She is double-board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by The American Board of Anesthesiology and couldn't be more thrilled to be a part of the team at Center for Pain and Supportive Care. Dr. Dais takes a patient-centric approach in helping her patients regain their life back from a life crippled by chronic pain. She performs the full spectrum of interventional pain injections and implantable pain therapies including minimally invasive spine decompression surgery with the Superior Vertiflex interspinous spacer system to the most advanced techniques in spinal modulation.
